摘要
针对目前工厂荧光探伤前预清洗零件使用三氯乙烯蒸汽除油存在的污染环境及不利于操作人员身体健康等弊端 ,对水基预清洗方法进行了开拓性研究。在大量试验的基础上 ,选定了一种适于荧光探伤预清洗的清洗液和清洗方法 ,可有效清除零件上的污物 ,对周围环境无污染 ,对操作人员身体无损害 ,是一种切实可行的新工艺方法。
Trichlorethylene degreasing is a conventional pre cleaning method for fluorescent penetrant inspection. But it will contaminate environment and hazard human health. Water based pre cleaning has been studied and a better detergent for pre cleaning has been developed on the basis of tests which can remove greasy dirt effectively without environment contamination. It is a satisfactory technology for fluorescent penetrant inspection.
