摘要
分析大型船舶机械零件缺陷的危害性以及超声波、磁粉与渗透探伤在船机零件无损检测中的作用 ,讨论无损检测在改进船机维修模式和维修技术中的作用 。
The harmfulness of the defects in giant ship engine parts and the effectiveness of ultrasonic, magnetic particle and penetrant methods in the inspection of defects were discussed. The function of nondestructive testing (NDT) in the maintenance of ship machines was analysed. Finally, the viewpoint on the trend of NDT development in contemporary maintenance of ship machines was given.
