摘要
结合宝钢钢管厂的实际情况 ,从一般能量原理出发 ,采用轴对称模型 ,利用上限法推导出可以计算电机功率的多变量公式 ,并从理论上计算出在张减过程中电机负功率的存在。实践证明 ,该公式的计算结果与实际情况基本一致 ,可以作为经验公式指导生产。
This paper introduces a formula that can be used to calculate drive power by using the energy principal,adopting axial symmetry model as well as considering the practical situation of BaoSteel Corporation The existence of minus drive power during the tension reducing process has been theoretically calculated It has been verified that the calculated result of the formula is consistent with the practical situation Therefore,it can be used as experimental formula to instruct production
