摘要
为解决武钢硅钢片厂CA6机组头部活套带钢跑偏问题 ,对现场进行了调查 ,得出活套结构布局不甚合理是跑偏的主要原因。通过结构改进及增设机械式纠偏辊 ,问题得到解决。
Based on the practical production,the author found out the causes of the strip running deviation in the head loop of CA6 unit of Silicon Sheet Mill of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co Therefore,the loop structure was improved and the mechanical deviation-correcting roll was added to resolve the problem
