介绍了天津钢管公司开发的NDT标准样管覆膜装置的工作原理、技术要点及其使用效果 ;采用该装置 ,可实现对管内远距离凹槽的测量 ,提高了钢管探伤检测的可靠性。
The work mechanism,key technology and usage effect of the filming device of NDT standard sample pipe were introduced which developed by Tianjin Steel Pipe Co It can realize the measurement of the concave channel away from the end of pipe,thereby the nondestructive measurement quality of steel pipe is ensured
