In this paper,the LIPN PBA/PS PMMA was synthesized by using multi- stage emulsion polymerization technique.The apparent kinetics of the polymeri- zation process was studied by conventional gravimetric method,the influence of the concentration of initial emulsifying agent and initiator and the reaction temperature on the reaction rate of each stage were investigated and the apparent activation energy for each stage was determined.
