旋转填充床中催化氧化脱硫的试验研究

Study on Desulfurization from Flue Gas by Catalytic Oxidation in Rotating Packed Bed

对在新型强化传质设备——旋转填充床中用 Mn2 + 催化氧化脱除烟气中 SO2 的工艺进行了试验研究 ,其脱硫率可达 99% ,比传统设备的氧化脱硫率提高 4%～ 6 9%。该设备体积小 ,操作简单 。

Desulfurization from flue gas by Mn 2+ catalytic oxidation in rotating packed bed has been studied with 99% of efficiency, 5%~50% higher than by conventional processes. The new type of intensified mass transfer process is characterized by smaller volume, simpler operation.It has a good industrial application prospect.
