摘要
以丙烯酸 (AA)、2 -丙烯酰胺基 - 2 -甲基 -丙磺酸 (AMPS)、次磷酸钠及过硫酸钠为原料 ,合成了一种含膦基、羧基和磺酸基的多功能水处理剂。探讨了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间对合成产品阻垢性能的影响 ,反应温度为 110℃、反应时间为 4h、单体质量比 AA∶ AMPS=3∶1、Na2 S2 O8∶ Na H2 PO2 ∶ (AA+AMPS) =2 .5∶ 15∶ 10 0时 ,该聚合物阻 Ca CO3、Ca3(PO4) 2
A multifunctional water treatment agent with phosphino,carboxy and sulfonic acid group was synthesized from acrylic acid (AA),2 acrylamido 2 methyl propyl sulfonic acid (AMPS),NaH 2PO 2 and NaS 2O 8.The effects of reaction mass ratio,temperature and time on the anti scaling performance of the product were explored.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 110℃,reaction time of 4 h,AA∶AMPS=3∶1,NaS 2O 8∶NaH 2PO 2∶(AA+AMPS)=2.5∶15∶100,the anti scaling performance of the product for CaCO 3,Ca 3(PO 4) 2 and zinc salt is the best.
