摘要 农药化工厂生产苯肼、苯唑醇、乙基氯化物过程排放的废水是高氯难生物降解有机废水 ,采用三辛胺作萃取剂 ,用液 -液萃取处理 ,三辛胺与水中Cl- 离子形成萃合物而使Cl- 转移到有机相。再经高效絮凝处理后 ,CODCr总去除率达 89.8% ,Cl- 总去除率达 83 .2 % ,BOD/COD比从 0 .0 2上升到0 .34 ,可生化性大幅度提高。废水再经河水稀释进A/O池生化处理 3d后 ,可达标排放。负载萃取液用 5 %NaOH水溶液反萃取。 Some high density chlorine ion non biodegradabie organic wastewater is negative parts in phenylhydrazine and ethylchloride producing. The COD in the water is 39 406 mg/L, pH is 0.93, BOD 5/COD Cr is 0.02 and the chlorine ion is up to 56 563 mg/L. Using triotylamine as the extractant, the chlorine ion in the water can be complex to organism by extracting and flocculating. Then after treated with PFS and PAM flocculants, the removal rates of COD and chlorine ion reach 89.8% and 83.2%, respectively. BOD 5/COD Cr increased from 0.02 to 0.34. After the above procedure, the wastewater is prepared for biochemical treatment. At last, the wastewater treatment is done after 3 days A/O process diluted in biochemical pool. The used extractant can be reused after regeneration by adding the same volume of 5% NaOH water solution as that of extractant into extract phase. Because of the reusing of extract, the treatment method is prospective.
