摘要
目的 探讨正畸治疗在唇腭裂序列治疗中的作用。方法 选择 1月～ 2 4岁的 11例唇腭裂患者 ,根据年龄相应采取Hotz矫治器或方丝弓固定矫治器配合活动上颌腭扩弓矫治器、口外力前方牵引头帽等装置进行矫治 ,分析患者软、硬组织头影测量指标的变化。结果 ①唇腭裂术前正畸治疗 ,降低反牙合的发生率 ,明显减少对上颌骨生长发育的干扰 ;②在生长发育期间对唇腭裂术后反牙合患者进行系统的正畸治疗 ,使患者的凹面型得到改善 ;③唇腭裂正颌外科术前正畸治疗 ,使上下颌牙齿排列整齐 ,上下颌前牙去代偿 ,为手术创造有利的条件。
Objective To discuss the importance of orthodontics treatment in cleft lip and palate(CLP) Team Approach(TEAM).Methods 11 CLP patients (BCLP 3 , UCLP 8),aged from 1 to 24 years (average 13.4 years). Hotz appliance or Edgewise appliance was used for the alignment and upper arch or forces extra orales posteroanterieurus appliance co operated with.Results The procedures and experiences obtain were the following :①Pre surgery orthodontics for the patients with CLP decreased the incidence of cross bite and reduced the interference to the growth of maxilla.②The systematc pre surgery orthodontics for those severe cross bite patients improved the indigenous convaxe lateral face during the growth.③The aims of orthodontic treatment include eliminating dental compensation ,aligning the teeth ,harmonizing arch coompatibility ,adjusting and maintaining occlusal relationship.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment plays an important role in the TEAM
