Based on the characteristic of the circulating cooling water of Qihua Chemical Co.,Ltd.,two independent automatic systems that include adding acid and disposing effluent are used to design the systems of adding chemicals reasonably. A detailed description on the principle and an affirmation on the reasonableness and the economic rationality are given.
