摘要 本文对不同热处理条件下7Cr7Mo3V2Si 钢的机械性能的测定结果进行了分析,发现这种钢具有回火马氏体脆性(TME).在分析热处理工艺参数对钢的机械性能影响规律的基础上,对其热处理工艺进行了优化,在用来代替 Cr12钢制造小型冲头方面取得了显著效果,使模具使用寿命提高4~23倍. The mechanical properties of 7Cr7Mo3V2Si were measured and analyzed under different heat treatment conditions,and it was found that this is a steel with the tempering martensitie embrittlement.Based on the influencing law of the technical parameters of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of steel,the optimization for its heat treatment technology has been made.The applications of this technology to making little punches instead of Cr12 steel are of good effect to make the service life of the dies increase by 4-23 times.
