摘要
目的 :探讨简易有效的牙体修复方法。方法 :残冠、残根、外伤牙折在完善的根管治疗的基础上 ,采用螺纹根管钉与成品树脂牙一次性桩冠修复。结果 :随访观察的 90例 116个桩冠牙 ,成功率 94.8%。结论 :桩冠修复方法可行 ,是一种简易、快速、经济、有效的保存患牙方法。
AIM: To discuss easy and effective ways of dental prosthesis. METHODS: Screw thread root canal spiles and resin tooth products were used to rehabilitate tooth root all in once to cases of residual crown, residual root, or traumatic odontoclasis based on complete root treatment. RESULTS: Rate of success was 94.8%, following 90 cases of 116 post crown tooth. CONCLUSION: The method is easy, feasible, quick, economic and effective in preserving bad tooth.
