随着医学模式的转变 ,生活质量成为新一代健康综合指标。子宫内膜异位症 (EM)本身和治疗过程均可给患者生理、心理和社会功能造成严重影响。改善症状、提高患者生活质量是 EM现阶段的治疗目的。要提高EM生活质量 ,应当采取优化治疗手段 ,把握个体化和整体性原则 ,动态观察及积极探索新治疗策略等。

With the transformation of medical model quality of life has become a new indicator which can provide a more comprehensive assessment of the patients health states. Endometriosis and its treatment may have negative impact on physical, psychological and social integrity of women. The treatment strategies for endometriosis nowadays aim to improve patients symptoms and provide patients a higher quality of life. To reach this goal, successful management should begin with a systematic approach to determine the therapy type and finally be tailored to the individual patient.\;
