摘要
目的 :对通心络治疗抗精神病药物所致心电图 ST- T改变的疗效和安全性作出评价。方法 :采用随机对照 ,治疗组 5 0例 ,给予通心络胶囊 1次 4粒 ,1日 3次。对照组 5 0例 ,给予 Co- Q10 ,1次2 0 mg,1日 3次。 2周后进行心电图、疗效及毒副作用评估。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 % ,对照组 66% ,治疗组效果明显优于对照组 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :通心络胶囊治疗抗精神病药物所致心电图 ST- T改变疗效确切 。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Tong Xing Luo in the treatment of ECG ST-T changes Caused by antipsychotic drugs. Methods:100 cases were divided at random into 2 groups, Tong Xing Luo group (50 cases, 4 capsu1es of Tong Xing Luo three times a day orally) and control group (50 cases,Co-Q 10 ,20 mg three times a day).After 2 weeks, evaluations were made on the ECG, therapeutic efficacy and side effects.Results:The total effective rate of Tong Xing Luo group was 90% While it was 66% it the control group. Conclusions:Tong Xing Luo was effective in treating ST-T changes caused by amipsychotic drugs without any side effects.
