Treatment of Genital Herpes with Penciclovir Cream

目的 :探讨国产喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗生殖器疱疹的疗效和安全性。 方法 :在 9家医院采用多中心开放临床试验 ,对生殖器疱疹局部外涂 1%喷昔洛韦乳膏 ,2次 /d ,疗程 7d。 结果 :65例初发和复发性生殖器疱疹治愈率达 87.7% ( 5 7/ 65 ) ,总有效率为 95 .4 % ( 62 / 65 ) ,5例 ( 9 2 3 % )发生轻度一过性不良反应。 结论 :1%喷昔洛韦乳膏外用治疗生殖器疱疹是一种安全。

Objectives: To investigate the efficacy and safety of topical penciclovir cream for the treatment of genital herpes. Methods: The multicenter open clinical trial was used in 9 hospitals, and topical treatment to genital herpes was used with 1% penciclovir cream 2 times aday, the course of treatment was 7 days. Results: 65 cases of first and recurrent episodes of genital herpes treated with penciclovir cream, 57 cases were cured(87.7%), and the total effective rate was 95.4%(62/65), only 5 cases (9.23%) appeared slight adverse events temporarily. Conclusions: 1% penciclovir cream is a safe and effective method for the treatment of genital herpes.
