脾气虚证动物模型规范化的初步研究——宏观症征部分

Primary Study on Standardization of Aniaml Model in the Insufficiency of the Spleen-Qi Syndrome-Partition in Macroscopic Syndrome and Symptoms

目的 :通过脾气虚证动物模型规范化的初步研究 ,探讨其宏观症征改变。方法 :首先完善脾气虚证模型的诊断标准 ,改进造模方法 ,观察改进后的模型的宏观症征 (症状 ,大便 ,舌象 ,体重 ,体温 ,体长 ,食量 ,游泳时间 )对诊断标准的符合程度。同时建立目前 5种有代表性的脾 (阳 )气虚证模型 ,比较改进后的模型与这 5种模型的宏观症征对诊断标准的符合程度。动物采用大鼠。结果 :初步规范组的宏观症征与脾气虚证诊断标准基本符合。符合度明显高于 5种脾 (阳 )气虚证模型。结论

Objective:In this test,the changes of macroscopic syndrome and symptoms were investigated during the primary study on standardization of animal model in the insufficiency of the spleen qi syndrome.Methods:At first,the diagnostic standard of the insufficiency of the spleen qi syndrome was consummated and the method of making animal models was improved.Thus the accord was observed in macroscopic syndrome and symptoms of the improved model(including symptoms,stool,tongue inspection,body weight,body temperature,diet and swimming time)and the diagnostic standard.At the same time,five representative kinds of animal models of the insufficiency of the spleen qi (Yang) syndrome at present was made and the accord in this five models and the diagnostic standard on macroscopic syndrome and symptoms was compared.Rat was used as experiment animal.Results:From the test,we found that the macroscopic syndrome and symptoms of the standardization group was in accord with the diagnostic standard of the insufficiency of the spleen qi syndrome generally and this accord was better than those of other five kinds of models groups of the insufficiency of the spleen qi(Yang) syndrome.Conclusion:The aim was achieved to standardized animal model of the insufficiency of the spleen qi syndrome in this test.
