愈胃灵对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃粘膜血流量的影响

Effect of Yuweiling Granule on CAG Patients's Gastric Mucosa Blood Flow

目的 :探讨胃粘膜血流量与慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)的关系以及运用愈胃灵治疗 CAG后胃粘膜血流量的改变。方法 :应用激光多普勒血流仪 ,对 35例 CAG患者及 30例慢性浅表性胃炎 (CSG)患者进行胃粘膜血流的测定。结果 :与 CSG相比 ,CAG患者的胃粘膜血流量值呈低下状态 ;运用中药愈胃灵治疗后 ,胃粘膜病理改变均得到改善。并对其中 14例 CAG患者 ,作胃粘膜血流变化的自身对照 ,胃粘膜血流量值均有不同程度的提高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :胃粘膜微循环灌注量不足是 CAG发病机制中不可忽视的环节 ,愈胃灵可以提高胃粘膜的血流量 ,为粘膜的修复提供了良好环境。

s Objective:To approcah the relationship between the gastric mucosa blood flow volume and chronic atrophy gastritis (CAG),the change of gastric mucosa blood flow volume in CAG patients after administrated with Yuweiling granule.Methods:The gastric mucosa blood flow volume of 35 cases of CAG and 30 cases of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG) were examined by laser Doppler blood flowmetry.Results:The gastric mucosa blood flow of CAG was lower(compared with CSG).Through self comparatively study the changes in gastric blood flow, the pathological changes were promoted,and the gastric mucosa blood flow were variously increases simultaneously(P< 0 01 ) in 14 cases after treated by Yuweiling granule.Conclusion: The results indicated that low perfusion of gastric mucosa microcirculation is one of the pathogenesis in the development of CAG,which can not be ignored.Yuweiling granule elevated blood flow of gastric mucosa,to provide a better enviroment forrepair of mucosa.
