吗丁啉促慢性肝病患者胆囊排空的疗效观察

Study on Contractions of the Gallbladder in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis and the Therapeutic Effect of Motilium

目的 :了解吗丁啉促进胆囊排空的疗效。方法 :超声对比观察 2 6例慢性肝病患者及 2 2例正常对照者空腹胆囊大小及脂肪餐后胆囊收缩情况。 2 0例有胆囊排空障碍的患者 ,给予吗丁啉 ,每次 10 m g,3次 /d,治疗 4周后复查。结果 :正常对照组与慢性肝病组餐前胆囊面积及餐后胆囊收缩率差异均有非常显著性意义 (均 P <0 .0 1)。慢性肝炎组存在餐后胆囊排空障碍。2 0例有排空障碍的慢性肝病患者经吗丁啉治疗 4周后 ,胆囊排空有显著改善。结论 :慢性肝病患者常伴有胆囊排空运动障碍 。

Objective:To study the contractions of the gallbladder in patients with chronic hepatitis(CH) and to know whether Motilium can improve it.Methods:Ultrasonography(US) findings of the fasting gallbladder and after fatty meal in 22 normal volunteers and 26 patients with chronic hepatitis were studied.Twenty patients with disorders of gallbladder emptying were treated with Motilium.Four weeks later the contractile rates of gallbladder were evaluated by US again.Results:The CH patients had high rates of thickens gallbladder wall and gallbladder sludge than normal volunteers.The contractile rate in 30 minutes after fatty meal of CH patients were 18.63±2.47 compared to 39.80±5.50 in normal volunteers.Four weeks later been treated with Motilium,the contractlie rates of gallbladder in the 20 patients were 25.67±6.58 compared to 17.44±3.36 before treated.Conclusion:There were disorders of gallbladder emptying in patients with chronic hepatitis,and Motilium seems to be useful to improve it.
