摘要
目的 :观察中药脾运膏 1号、脾运膏 2号辨证敷脐 (神阙穴 )治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法 :自拟脾运膏 1号、脾运膏 2号敷脐治疗小儿厌食症 (治疗组 ) 133例 ,并与口服消食片 5 0例 (对照组 )进行对比。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 93.2 3% ,对照组为 48.0 0 % ,两组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组对消除早饱嗳气、纠正厌食状态的时间均明显短于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。临床观察中未发现明显不良反应。结论 :脾运膏外治小儿厌食症较口服助消化药物优越 ,可解除厌食小儿口服药困难的不便。
Objective:The present study was designed to observe the effect of Pi yun paste adhesive to umbilical to treat anorexia.Methods:133 cases of anorexia treated with Pi yun paste by means of adhesive umbilical.Control group (50 cases) treated with Xiao shi tebella.Results:The total effective rate of study group was 93.23% and control group 48.0%,obviously different between them.The study group took a shorter time to release dyspepsia and eructation than the control group(P< 0.01 ).No side effect find.Conclusion:Pi yun paste exotherapy anorexia is more effective and more convenience to usage for children.
