吗丁啉对非溃疡性消化不良患儿体表胃电频谱的影响及疗效分析

Effect of Domperidone on Electrogastrogram in Chidren with Non-ulcer Dyspepsia

目的 :观察非溃疡性消化不良 (NU D)患儿服用吗丁啉治疗前后症状及体表胃电图改变 ,探讨吗丁啉对NUD的疗效。方法 :1998年 10月～ 1999年 10月在我院就诊的患儿 36例 ,均有消化道症状 ,且胃镜检查均无明显器质性病变 ,给予吗丁啉 0 .3m g/ kg,每日 3次口服治疗。用药前及用药 2周后观察临床症状及复查胃电图。结果 :服药 2周后患儿消化道症状以及体表胃电图变化明显改善 (均 P <0 .0 1)。结论 :吗丁啉可使胃电图恢复正常形态 ,频率增加 ,节律好转。胃电图检查安全可靠 ,简便易行 。

Objective:To investigate the relation between electrogastrogram(EGG) findings and non ulcer dyspepsia(NUD) of children and to observe the response to Domperidone for NUD.Methods:Thirty six children treated with Domperidone(0.3 mg/kg,3 times a day) for 14 day in APC Hospital from October 1998 to October 1999 were enrolled in this study.EGG was repeated after the 14 day treatment.Results: Satisfactory effect was achieved after the 14 day treatment(P< 0 01 ).Conclusion:Domperidone could control NUD and alter the gastric rhythm.EGG is safe and reliable and can be performed easily in children.
