大豆中植物性雌激素的构效关系及药理作用

Structure-effective relationship and pharmacological effect of soybean phytoestrogens

植物性雌激素是一类广泛存在于植物中的既具有雌激素样又具有抗雌激素样生物活性的化合物。本文根据近年来开展的流行病学调查、动物实验及临床试验结果 ,综述了食物源性大豆中植物性雌激素的构效关系和降低心血管疾病、激素依赖性肿瘤、骨质疏松及痴呆症发病率的有益作用及其可能机制 ,并预测了其应用前景 。

Phytoestrogens are a family of bio active compounds existed in plants with both the properties of estrogen and antiestrogen.In this paper,the structure effect relationship of soybean phytoestrogens as a food source,its effect in reducing cardiovascular disease,steroid dependent tumor,and osteoporosis,as well as its beneficial effect on the incidence rate of dementia and its possible mechanism are reviewed.The prospect of its applications is also presented in this paper.
