摘要
本文以上海港木材装卸公司的木材、生铁货种为实验对象,应用定量分析理论,寻求一种合理而先进的评价港口装卸工艺方案优劣的方法。港口装卸工艺方案众多,评判装卸工艺方案的指标也很多,有的具有确定性,有的只具模糊性,不同的评价指标往往可能得出相互矛盾的结论。如何来评判一个装卸工艺方案的优劣呢?我们运用了专家咨询、模糊数学综合评判与计算机应用系统设计相结合的方法,取得了令人满意的效果。它既为港口现场生产调度指挥人员选择工艺方案提供了科学的依据,也为建港的工艺方案论证提出了新的思路。这对港口营运经济效益和管理水平的提高有着深刻现实意义。
Taking the handling of timber and pig iron in Shanghai Timber Handling Company as an object of study, this paper, in the light of the theory of quantitative analysis, endeavours to find a proper way to examine whether a handling method is good or not. There are many methods to load and unload cargos in port and also many indexes to examine the methods. The evaluations of different indexes may be contradictory. Then, how to get a correct evaIuation of certain handling technology? To solve this problem, the method of combining Delphi technique, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and computer system is suggested here. It has profound significance in improving port management and increasing port economic interests.
