摘要
目的 :探求急性心肌梗死 (AMI)冠状动脉再通后 ,抗凝护心 号缓解血液高凝状态、血管痉挛收缩及改善血管内皮损伤功能的机理和疗效。方法 :建立大鼠急性心肌梗死及缺血 -再灌注损伤模型。分别给予生理盐水、抗凝护心 号正常剂量、高剂量、阿司匹林、抗凝护心 号正常剂量与阿司匹林合剂等 ,检测大鼠凝血系统指标 ,纤溶功能指标及血管活性物质分泌功能。结果 :抗凝护心 号正常剂量组、高剂量组均可明显增加血浆一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,减少内皮素 (ET)分泌和血栓素 (TXB2 )含量 ,且给药浓度增加作用增强。此外 ,抗凝护心 号高剂量组还可提高组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (TPA)活性。结论 :抗凝护心 号是具有良好抗凝功效及保护血管内皮功能 ,缓解血管痉挛收缩作用的中药制剂 ,可明显减轻因心肌缺血 -再灌注损伤引起的一系列病理改变 ,避免
Objective: In order to study the mechanism and curative effectiveness of the KanNing Hu Xin(KNHX Ⅱ) on alleviating the hypercoagulability of the blood, vasospasm and improving vascular endothelium injury after the re opening of the coronary artery in acute myocardial infarction cases. Methods: We established the myocardial infarction and ischemia reperfusion injury models on rats. The agents taken were normal saline, normal dosage of KNHX Ⅱ, high dosage of KNHX Ⅱ, aspirin and mixture of KNHX Ⅱand aspirin(MKA) Ⅱ, respectively. We learned the results by measuring the function of the coagulation system, fibrinolytic function and determination of vascular of active mass. Results: Normal dosage and high dosage of KNHX Ⅱ can increase the concentration of nitric oxide(No) and decrease that of ednotheriotoxin (ET) and thromboxane (TBX2) significantly and the effects were enhanced with the increasing of the drugs' concentration. In addition high dosage of KNHX Ⅱalso can enhance the tissue profibrinolytic activating factor, activating fibrinolytic system to dissolve thrombus. Conclusion: KNHX Ⅱ has a sound function of anticoagulation, alleviating vasospasm and preventing vascular endothelium injury. It can effectively lessen the pathologic damages due to the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and avoid the occurance of re infarction after the thrombolytic treatment on AMI.
