摘要
目的 :对合成的苯并呋喃衍生物进行药理活性的研究。方法 :采用 L angendorff法 ,进行豚鼠体外灌流实验。结果 :包括 5个化合物有较好的扩冠活性 ,其中 4个化合物未见文献报道。结论 :氯原子的引入增强苯并呋喃类化合物的扩冠活性 ,硝基、氨基、苄基等基团的引入会影响化合物的活性。
Objective: To research the coronary dilating activity of benzofuran derivatives which have been synthesized. Method: The langendroff method was used to conduct perfusion experiment in guinea pig in vitro. Results: Five compounds have better coronary dilating activity, and four of them haven't been reported. Conclusion: Introducing of chlorine atom increases coronary dilating activity of benzofuran derivatives, but introducing of groups such as nitro, amino and benzyl decrease the compound activity.
