反相HPLC法测定胃痛散胶囊中胡椒碱的含量

Determination of Piperylpiperidine in Weitongsan Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的 :测定胃痛散胶囊中胡椒碱的含量。方法 :HPL C法 ,SPHERI- C1 8柱 ,甲醇∶水 =78∶ 2 2 (v/ v)为流动相 ,检测波长 34 3nm。结果 :胡椒碱在 0 .8～ 8μg/ ml范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程 Y =194× 10 2 +5 .15× 10 3X ,r =0 .9999,平均回收率 99.2 % ,RSD =4.0 2 % (n =8)。结论

Objective: To determine the content of piperylpiperidine in Weitongsan Capsule by RP HPLC. Method: A SPHERI C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water (78:22) and the detecting wavelength was 343 nm. Results:The calibration curves presented a linear relation over the range of 0.8~8 μg/ml. The calibration equation was Y=1.94×102+5.15×103X, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.22% and RSD was 4.02% (n=8). Conclusion: This method is rapid, accurate and good reproducible.
