目的 探讨各种贫血在治疗前后的血细胞直方图及血细胞参数变化关系 ,方法 采用CELL -DYN16 0 0型全自动血细胞分析仪 ,测定患者未梢血中MCH ,MCV ,RDW ,PDW ,PLT等及血细胞直方图。结果 缺铁性贫血MCH ,MCV ,RDW ,红细胞直方图峰值左移基线宽度增加 ,随着铁的补充呈双峰 ,标志治疗有效。铁粒幼细胞性贫血MCV ,MCH ,RDW ,红细胞直方图为单峰。巨幼红细胞性贫血MCV ,MCH ,RDW ,红细胞直方图峰值右移 ,基线增宽。治疗有效时 ,直方图会出现双峰及基线增宽。溶血性贫血重症患者HCT ,RDW ,贫血的原因不同MCV也有不同 ,红细胞 ,血小板直方图也有变化。结论 CBC参数结合血细胞直方图分析 ,有助于对各类贫血的诊断及对贫血治疗效果进行动态观察。

Objective To detective relation with hemacyte volume distribute curve and blood count with about various anemia before and after treatment.Methods By cell-DYN1600 (automatic)blood cell analysis systems instrument to detection MCH,MCV,RDW,PDW,PLT,et al and hemacyte volume distribute curve in peripheral blood of basic line increases.Along with irons are added HRD appears double peaks,which marks respond to treatment.SA:HCT RDW.The cause of anemia is so different that MCH has different.HRD and PLT volume distribute curve have changes as well.Conclusion Analysis of combines with hemacyte volume distribute curve can help do diagnosis various anemia and engage observe the therapeutic effects of anemia.
