摘要
目的 :通过动物实验探讨局部骨内应用醋酸甲基泼尼松龙 (MPA)诱导成骨的作用。方法 :将成年新西兰兔 3 0只随机分成 5组 ,每组 6只 ,手术造成双侧桡骨中段 8mm骨缺损 ,实验侧桡骨断端间填入明胶海绵为载体的醋酸甲基泼尼松龙 3mg kg ;对照侧填入同样大小盐水明胶海绵 ,术后 1,2 ,3 ,4,8周处死后行X线摄片 ,组织形态学计算骨小梁的体积百分比。结果 :实验侧 2 ,3周可见骨膜反应 ,第 4周骨折线消失。第 8周骨痂改建塑形 ;对照侧 2 ,3周骨痂密度明显不及实验侧 ,第 4周有少量骨痂 ,骨缺损明显 ,第 8周骨缺损仍存在 ,骨髓腔封闭。结论
Objective:To study the effect of local application of MPA in inducing bone formation.Methods: Thirty adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups.MPA(3 mg/kg·wt) was implanted in an 8 millimeter segmental defect that consists of a carrier of Gelatin Sponge. Limbs served as Controls receiving a carrier only. At the end of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 8th week after the operation, the bone repair processes in both radii of rabbits were compared by using roentgenograms and histological section. Results: The results showed that in MPA implant group, at 2nd, 3rd week the defect areas were filled with flocculent radio density, shadow and flecks of calcification, at 4th week the defects were bridged with materials of uniform radio density, cortices of the cut ends were obscured by new bones and the cut ends of cortex could not be seen, while in controls group, at 8th week, only a small number of new bons could be seen.Conclusion: Local application of MPA initiated osteogenesis and stimulated the bone defects repair in animal model.
