摘要
目的 :总结一种股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗方法。方法 :自 1998年 3月～ 2 0 0 0年 10月用动力髋螺钉 (DHS)治疗 68例股骨粗隆间骨折 ,并对其中的 64例作了 4～ 2 0个月随访。结果 :64例经随访证实优良率达 10 0 %。结论 :DHS在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中是疗效确切、简便易行的方法 。
Objective:To sum up one kind of surgical methods in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:From March of 1998 to October of 2000 ,68 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were fixed with DHS.Among them, 64 cases were followed (4～20 months). Results:The mean union time is 3.5～4.5 months. All the patients were valued as excellent or good. Conclusions:To treat intertrochanteric fracture with DHS is a very easy, practical method.Its effects are credible,and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
