对电子海图设计方案与方法中若干问题的探讨

A Study on the Design of the Electronic Chart System

本文以一个船舶驾驶员的观点,从船舶航行实际出发,结合国际水道测量组织对电子海图显示及信息系统一般要求的建议草案,对电子海图系统的配置、数据库的建立、信息显示、功能要求和雷达图像的叠加与应用等方面进行了分析和研究,提出了对电子海图系统的基本要求,也提供了一定的设计方法。

This paper offers a mariner's view on the design of the electronic chart system. Taking into consideration the IHO Draft ECDIS specifications and the ship operation practice, the paper analyses and studies system archotecture, establishment of database, information display, system functions, radar image matching and application, etc. Furthermore, the basic requirements of the chart system are proposed and some design methods contributed.
