摘要
本文介绍了齿轮激光淬火的主要参数入射角θ,扫描速度v和激光束光斑尺寸D的确定方法。并导出了入射角θ和扫描速度v的通用计算公式;同时分析了在不同初始条件下,齿轮进行激光淬火时这些参数的变化规律及其对齿轮硬化层深的影响。
This paper introduces the definition method for the gear laser quenching parameters, i. e., angle of incidence θ, scanning speed V, and spat size D of laser beam. Moreover, the paper derives a general equation for both the angle of incidence and scanning speed, and analyses the variable regularity of the parameters and their effects on the hardness penetration for the laser quenching of gear under the various initial conditions.
