骨移植术在修复腭裂牙槽突裂畸形中的应用

Alveolar reconstruction in patients with cleft palate by bone transplantion

目的 探讨骨移植术在修复腭裂牙槽突裂中的意义。方法 对 16例行植骨术的病例进行初步分析 ,探讨手术适应症、方法、效果评价、供骨区选择及术前术后处理等问题。结果 术区严密缝合是植骨成功的关键 ;植骨前后应接受正畸治疗 ;供骨区选择应根据患者年龄、裂隙大小及需骨量等来决定。

Objective To evaluate the importance of the alveolar cleft bone grafting in Team Approach of cleft palate.Methods The paper reported 16 cases were repaired by bone grafting . Indication ,technique ,results evaluation and management before and after operation were discussed . Results Perfectly closing the receipt site were the key of success. Patients should be treated orthodontically before and after operation . In selection of donor site ,the patient’s age,width of cleft and quantity of bone to be grafted should be considered.Conclusion Bone grafting is effective to repair alveolar cleft and should be popularized .
