摘要
目的 :初步确定自行研制的镧系钛烤瓷专用遮色瓷的适宜组分 ,探讨组分及钛—瓷界面微观结构、离子扩散机制与结合强度的关系。方法 :采用纯钛金属、Vita钛瓷及镧系钛烤瓷遮色瓷粉制作棒盘试件 ,测试钛—瓷间的剪切结合强度 ,运用扫描电子显微镜及电子探针 ,从微观水平及相关元素性质方面分析界面性质。结果 :不同结晶相比例的镧系瓷与钛的结合强度值差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,La2 2 58瓷的钛瓷结合强度最高 ,为 37 76MPa;扫描电子显微镜显示La2 2 58瓷的钛瓷界面结合紧密无缝隙 ,电子探针显示钛—瓷界面出现Si、Sn元素积聚及向钛基体的不同程度扩散。结论 :化学组成相同的瓷粉 ,各成分的配比不同 。
Objective: Sufficient porcelain_titanium bond is a vital factor determining the clinical performance of titanium_porcelain restorations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self_preparation La_porcelain composition on the porcelain_titanium bonding strength and to compare with the Vita Titankeramik.Methods: The present study examines 5 different recipes of porcelain by weight%:SiO\-2,12%~17%;LaO\-2,7%~10%;Al\-2O\-3,9%~14%;B\-2O\-3,23%~31%;CaO,6%~8%;K\-2O,2%~3%;SrO,2%~4%;Na\-2O, 1%~3%; SnO\-2, 8%~10%;ZrO\-2,3%~5%;TiO\-2,6%~8%. Specimens were tested in push type shear with a universal testing machine. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) were employed to reveal the microstructures and diffusion of elements in the interfacial regions between the porcelain coating and titanium to the bond strength when fired at 800℃.Results: The ratios of crystallized compositions had significant influences on the porcelain_titanium bond strength (P<0.05). La_porcelain had the highest shear bond strength (37.76 MPa). The shear bond strength of the Vita Titankeramik to titanium was 20.18 MPa. The results of SEM revealed integrity of porcelain_titanium joints in La_porcelain and a greater amount of porosity in the interface of Vita Titankeramik to titanium. EPMA analysis demonstrated the aggregation of Si and Sn in the interfacial regions and their diffusion into the titanium.Conclusion: Chemical compositions of porcelain and ratios of crystallized compositions play the important role in the titanium porcelain bond. La_porcelain had the highest shear bond strength and good porcelain_titanium joints. La_porcelain is a new_style low fusing porcelain/titanium system.\;
