摘要
目的 :了解日本血吸虫病鼠妊娠后血清微量元素的变化。方法 :以日本血吸虫感染小鼠 ,在感染的第 40 d和 1 0 0 d雌雄小鼠交配使其受孕。用原子吸收分光光度计测定各组小鼠血清的 Zn、Cu、Fe。并观察小鼠受孕率。结果 :病鼠受孕率明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。病鼠血清 Zn较未感染组显著下降 (P<0 .0 1 ) ) ,病鼠生产后的血清 Zn也较未感染组生产后显著下降 (P<0 .0 1 )。各组的 Fe、Cu尚未见显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :日本血吸虫病小鼠受孕率低与缺锌有关。
Objective:To comprehend the change of serum trace element in pregnant mice with schistosomiasis japonicum.Methods:We infected mice with schistosoma japonicum cercariae,let mice mate at 40 d and 100 d post-infection,determined the serum Zn?Cu?Fe of the mice with atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS),observed the pregnant rate of the mice.Result:The pregnant rate significantly decreased in schistosomiasis mice group in contrast to the control group(P<0.05).In comparison with uninfected group and uninfected postpartum group,a significant decrease in serum Zn were observed from infected group and infeted postpartum group,respectively (P<0.01).And the serum Fe?Cu at all groups were no different (P>0.05).Conclusion:It indicated that the low pregnant rate in schistosomiasis mice maybe relate to Zinc deficiency.
