摘要
任何语言都不是自给自足的 ,借用或吸收外来语 ,来充实和发展自己 ,这种方法由来已久。英语中不少字和词是从外国借来使用的。由于英语非常灵活 ,这使其得以生存并且蓬勃发展 ,英语词汇还在继续地快速增长。
No language is self-sufficient. It*ss a common way to borrow and take from other languages in order to enrich and develop its own. There are many English words and expressions which are borrowed from foreign languages. The English language can exist and grow vigorously due to its great flexibility. Nowadays English vocabulary is still rising rapidly.
