化疗并用抗癌药物超声雾化吸入治疗晚期肺癌临床观察

Clinical observation of chemotherapy combined with anti-cancer drug via ultrasonic atomizing inhalation for advanced lung cancer

目的 评价全身化疗联合超声雾化吸入 5 -氟脲嘧啶在治疗晚期肺癌中的价值。方法6 5例经细胞学或组织学证实的晚期肺癌 ,随机分成两组。对照组 30例全身化疗用丝裂霉素、长春花碱酰胺和顺铂 (MVP)方案 ,联合组 35例用MVP方案 +超声雾化吸入 5 -氟脲嘧啶。每例患者至少化疗 2个疗程。结果 联合组中完全缓解 (CR) 2例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 15例 ,有效率为 49% ,对照组中CR 0例 ,PR 11例 ,有效率为 37%。联合组的有效率比对照组高 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。联合组的临床症状改善有效率 86 % ,对照组 5 0 % ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组的毒副作用大致相同 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 全身化疗并用超声雾化吸入治疗是一种安全有效的方法 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) via ultrasonic atomizing inhalation for advanced lung cancer.Methods 65 cases with advanced lung cancer confirmed by cytology or histology were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases of control group were only received the chemotherapies including mitomycin,vindesine and cisplantinum(MVP program). 35 cases of synthetic group,besides MVP program, were treated with 5-FU via ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.Each case received the chemotherapy of two courses at least. Results In the synthetic group,complete remission was 2 cases,partial remission 15,the effective rate was 49%.Contrarily, only 11 cases obtained partial remisson in control group,none of them was complete remission;the effective rate was 37%.There was not a significant difference in both groups(P>0.05).The improving rate in clinical symptoms of synthetic group and control group was 86% and 50% respectively (P<0.05). The adverse respondence in two groups was basically similar(P>0.05).Conclusion It is shown that the chemotherapy combined with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation drug treatment is a safe and effective therapy for advanced lung cancer.
