摘要
非甾体类抗炎药物 (NSAIDs)在临床上广泛用于解热、镇痛、抗炎 ,近年来大量研究表明它们具有抗肿瘤作用 ,并得到了流行病学、动物实验、体外实验的证实。本文重点介绍NSAIDs诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,抑制肿瘤侵袭 。
