爱普列特对良性前列腺增生的疗效观察

The Therapeutic Effect of Epristeride in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperlasia

目的 :观察爱普列特治疗良性前列腺增生 (BPH)的临床效果。方法 :入选BPH患者共 4 1例口服爱普列特片 ,5mg,bid ,共 4个月。结果 :服药前后国际前列腺症状评分 (Ⅰ PSS)、残余尿量 (RU)、最大尿流率 (Qmax)、前列腺体积 (PV)的变化差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ,4个月时有效率为 92 .68%。结论 :爱普列特是一种有效的BPH药物 。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of epristeride in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods: 41 patients with BPH were given epristeride 5 mg,po, b.i.d for 4 months. Results:The differences between I PSS, residual urine (RU), maximum uroflow ratio (Qmax), prostate volume (PV) before and after the treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05 or<0.01). The effective rate at the termination of the treatment was 92.68%. Conclusion: Epristeride is an effective medicine in the treatment of BPH.
