An Analysis of 914 Cases of Drug Adverse Reactions

目的 :探讨药物不良反应 (ADR)的一般规律及特点 ,指导合理用药。方法 :对协和医院ADR监察室收集的 914例ADR进行统计分析。结果 :914例不良反应中 ,中青年比例占 3 6.2 % ;诱发ADR的药物涉及 15类 ,12 0个品种 ,其中抗生素类引起的占 79.3 % ;A类反应 4 70次 ,B类反应 4 4 4次 ;临床症状主要表现为心血管系统损害 ,其次为皮肤粘膜及附件损害 ;造成重度损害者 2 1例次。结论 :应重视开展ADR监察 ,以减少ADR的发生。

Objective: To probe into the general regularity and characteristics of drug adverse reactions (ADR) so as to guide the rational use of drugs. Methods:To make a statistical analysis of 914 cases of ADR collected by the ADR monitoring office of our hospital within the recent 3 years (January 1998 to December 2000); Results: In the 914 cases suffering from ADR, middle aged and young people accounted for 36.2% of the total. 15 categories and 120 varieties of drugs were involved in the induction of ADR. ADR induced by antibiotics made up 79.3% of the total. 470 ADR were class A reactions, and 444 ADR were class B reactions. The commonest clinical symptoms of ADR were those of the cardiovascular system followed by lesions of the skin and mucous membrane. 21 ADR resulted in severe damage while only mild lesions were caused by the other 893 ADR. Conclusion:Great attention should be paid to the development of ADR monitoring so as to reduce the incidence of ADR.
