氢溴酸右美沙芬滴鼻剂镇咳的临床试验

Clinical Application of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Nose Drops

目的 :验证氢溴酸右美沙芬滴鼻剂的镇咳疗效。方法 :对 6 0例咳嗽的呼吸道疾病患者 ,采用随机双盲法分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别用氢溴酸右美沙芬滴鼻剂和安慰药治疗。结果 :治疗组镇咳有效率 86 .7% ,对照组有效率2 3 .3 % ,组间经Ridit检验 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组镇咳起效时间 ( 14 .0± 6 .3)min ,对照组起效时间 ( 2 39±2 0 9)min ,两组比较差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。氢溴酸右美沙芬滴鼻剂不良反应轻微 ,与对照组比较差异无显著性。结论 :氢溴酸右美沙芬滴鼻剂镇咳效果明显 。

Objective:To testify the clinical effects of dextromethophan nose drops (DND) in relieving cough. Methods: 60 patients suffered from respiratory diseases with cough were randomly divided into treatment and control groups with a double blinded control method. Results:The effective rates were 86.7% in the treatment group and 23.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups as revealed by the Ridit test. The time needed for antitussion in the treatment and control groups were (14.0±6.3) min and (239±209) min, respectively, and significant difference between the two groups was revealed by t test. The adverse reactions were mild in the treatment group. Conclusion:DND is a very effective and safe antitussion agent.
