Treating Infantile Asthma with Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Interventions:A Report of 34 Cases

目的 :观察参附注射液静脉滴注联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘的疗效。方法 :采用随机对照方法 ,对照组 30例用氨茶碱等综合治疗 ,治疗组 34例用参附注射液 1～ 2mL·kg 1 ·d 1 稀释后静脉滴注替代氨茶碱 ,联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗。结果 :治疗组疗效优于对照组 ,而副作用小于对照组。结论

Objective:To observe the curative effects of intravenous drip of Senfu injection in conjunction with atamizing drawing with ipratropine bromide in treating infantile asthma. Methods:The randomized, double blinded control method was used in this study. Among the 64 recruited cases of infantile asthma, 30 cases in the control group were treated by a comprehensive intervention regime including the use of Aminophylline, while the other 34 cases in the treatment group by intravenous drip of Senfu injection instead of Aminophylline and atamizing drawing with ipratropine bromide. Results:As compared with the control group, the curative effects of were better the side effects less in the treatment group. Conclusion:Using Senfu injection in combination with ipratropine bromide to treat infantile asthma is an effective and safe intervention regime.
