本文叙述了重力热管换热器的工作原理、工艺流程及其传热效率高、热阻力小、结构简单紧凑等优点,并介绍了预防结露、灰堵等关键问题的处理方法。实践应用证明它是一项颇具生命力的新技术。
The operating principle and technological process of gravity heat-pipe heat exchanger, as well as its advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency, low heat resistance and its constructional compactness are described. The article also introduces the method for preventing dew condensation and ash blocking. Application experiences indicate that it is a new technology full of vitality.
