摘要
目的 :建立双波长薄层扫描法测定茵虎黄片中大黄素含量。方法 :茵虎黄片的甲醇提取液为浓盐酸水解 ,用乙醚萃取。薄层条件 :硅胶G薄层板 ,展开剂 :石油醚∶甲酸乙酯∶甲酸 15∶5∶1,参比波长 5 87nm ,检测波长 437nm。结果 :大黄素在 0 .2~ 1.7μg范围内呈线性关系 ( r =0 .9991) ,平均回收率为 97.1% (RSD =2 .6 2 % )。结论 :该方法简便。
Objective:To develop a method of dual wavelength thin layer chromatographic scanning for determining the content of emodin in Yinhuhuang tablet. Methods:Hydrolyzed the MeOH extraction of with 2 mol·L 1 HCl and extracted with Et 2O. TLC: silica G thin layer and a mobile phase of petroleum ether ethyl formate formic acid (15∶5∶1). The reference wavelength was 587nm and sample wavelength was 437 nm. Results:The linear range for determination of emodin was 0.2~1.7 μg(r=0.999 1). The average recovery was 97.1%. Conclusion: This method is simple and sensitive.
