摘要
目的 :研制丁公藤滴眼液及其在青少年近视眼防治中的应用。方法 :用水提醇沉法提取丁公藤中的有效成分 ,制成滴眼液 ,每次 2或 3滴 ,tid ,防治青少年近视眼。结果 :丁公藤滴眼液防治青少年近视眼总有效率 81.7%。结论 :丁公藤滴眼液为纯中药制剂 ,疗效确切 ,安全 ,无不良反应 。
Objective:To prepare Erycibes eye drops and conduct clinical application for youth myopia. Methods:The water extract alcohol precipitating method was used for extracting effective component of erycibes and preparation of the eye drops. An observation of its clinical effects on youth myopia was conducted. Results: The clinical effects of Erycibes eye drops for treating the youth myopia was evident. The total effective rate was 81.7%. Conclusion: Erycibes eye drops is a pure herbal preparation with valid clinical effects and no adverse effects in the treatment of youth myopia.
