摘要
利福霉素产生菌经离子注入诱变处理 ,利用利福霉素浓度梯度平板和高浓度葡萄糖平板 ,筛选到的高产菌株再反复进行离子注入诱变、筛选和纯化 ,最终得到 6株菌株 ,产量较同期对照 A6 0 6分别高出的比例如下 :A6 0 6 -3-1 ,5 8.7% ;A6 0 6 -3-2 ,5 1 .0 % ;A6 0 6 -3-3,4 3.4 % ;A6 0 6 -3-4 ,4 1 .7% ;A6 0 6 -3-5 ,39.3% ;A6 0 6 -3-6 ,39.3%
After ion implantation, using the Rifamycin-concentration grade plates and high concentration glucose plates, the higher yield strains of Nocardia mediterranei are selected. Then the higher yield strains are implated by ion, screened and purified repeatedly. At last, six higher yield strains are obtained, which yield is increased as the following:A606-3-1, 58.7%; A606-3-2, 51.0%; A606-3-3, 43.4%; A606-3-4, 41.7%; A606-3-5, 39.3%; A606-3-6, 39.3%, comparing with the original strain A606.
