With the improvement of intelligentization of housing blocks, construction of intelligent energy consumption detecting, measuring and charging system is becoming more and more important. Based on the design and development of an automatic energy consumption detecting, measuring and charging system for intelligent housing block, this paper introduces a complete system which has many new characteristics with respect to detection, communication and charging, and is quite advanced compared with other similar domestic systems .
