介绍一种控制张力的单片机伺服电机调速系统 .该系统采用了单片机、DAC、调节器、控制信号产生及过流保护等电路 ,从系统供需双方差异入手 ,通过控制电机的转速设制软件来达到控制材料张力的目的 .该系统具有控制精确、功能齐全、可靠性高等特点 ,适用于包装机械中材料供给控制 .

It is presented in this paper that a speed regulating system of servomoter drives for tension control. Besides the single-chip microprocessor, there are four other parts in this system which includes DAC, regulator, productor of controlled signal and cicuit for protection. Starting from the present and requirment, material tension is adjusted by controlling the rotational speed of motor. It has characteristics such as higher control accuracy, reliability and versatile etc. It is fit for the material drive of packing machines.
