摘要
利用三角和估计、特征和估计及其解析方法研究了 Dirichlet L-函数的 2 k次加权均值 。
In this article the 2k th weighted mean of Dirichlet L functions and the formula of a mean value are presented using the estimates of trigonomitric sums and the estimates of character sums with analytic methods.
