Technological innovation is a complicated phenomenon dealing with society, technique and economics. The concept of innovation system is introduced in the research and practice of techndogical innovation. That is because an extensive connection and system is more and more demonstrated in the various techno logical innovation activities of the world today. According to the investigation and the research, the policy suggestions are made in this paper on building and perfecting the system of technological innovation for Jiangmen City.
