摘要
报道了以炼油厂的碱渣废液为原料,进行碱化、酸化,并以除去中性油的粗环烷酸进行减压精馏制备精环烷酸;同时,介绍了用粗环烷酸直接皂化与硝酸钴、硫酸铜进行复分解反应,制备环烷酸钴和环烷酸铜的合成方法及其工艺流程;讨论了皂化程度、反应温度、pH值等工艺参数对产品质量的影响;对于制备其它环烷酸盐具有一定的指导意义.
This paper describes the crude naphthenic acid which is used to make the refined naphthenic acid by vacuum distillation can be gotten from the lye change from refinery after if is basified and acidified and the neutral oil has been removed. Furthermore, the synthetic methods and the process engineering of cobalt naphthenate and cupric naphthenate have also been described: the cobalt nitrate and the cupric sulfate may carry out the double decomposition reaction with the crude naphthenic acid saponified directly; the effect of the product quality by the technological parameters such as the degree of the saponification, the temperature of the reaction and the pH value etc.is studied. It is a kind of guidance for the making of naphthenic acid.
